RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Our main goal is customer satisfaction. We hope that this never happens, but in the event that you're unhappy with one of our products, we'll gladly issue a refund for the purchase price of the item if it is returned in new condition within 7 days of arriving at your destination. The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees.

If our product is the wrong size or color for you, we will exchange it for the correct product within 14 business days of the purchase date. The original item must be returned in like new condition. The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees.

Returns must be received in new condition and in original package; unused, unworn, unwashed. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. We recommend shipping with insurance and keeping your shipping receipts until your return is processed.

Final Sale items cannot be refunded. Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.

If want to request a return, simply send us an email at info@julypop.us tell us the reason of the request and we we'll provide you with further instructions.

We'll process the refund within 1-2 business days after we received the item/s back. Refunds are issued to your original payment method or in the form of online credit. Refunds cannot be returned to alternate cards or different forms of payment.

Once your return has been processed and your refund issued, you will receive a refund confirmation email. We won't leave you hanging!
